Massage is “an affordable perk that both your employees and your company bank account will appreciate.”
— Lynn (1999)

Massage qualifies as a Wellness Program. Certified massage therapists deliver relaxing and effective 20-minute sessions while screening for risk of potential injury. Treatments are tailored to meet the specific needs of the employee and use very little office space. Massage decreases stress and relieves physical symptoms caused by poor work mechanics and repetitive motion. It provides a much-needed opportunity to connect the body to the breath, offering restoration for the mind, and introducing ease in an atmosphere of high mental activity.

Therapeutic massage is a principle of hands-on healing. Our therapists are trained in a wide variety of modalities ranging from Swedish to Shiatsu. In a few minutes, our therapists obtain relevant client health history.

Then, the client receives a relaxing treatment while resting fully-clothed on a massage table or chair. If similar pain patterns are observed in a high percentage of employees, that information will be reported to management for injury prevention and ergonomic assessment.

Massage can be offered to the employee population as a reward or incentive to help boost morale and productivity. Massage programming can even be gifted to an ally business. Some companies may be eligible to underwrite massage Therapy as 100% tax deductible under the Income Tax Act.
